While we can and do come in and fix problems on a one-time basis, most business need someone to keep a watchful eye on their IT on a continuous basis. And we are great at that!  Something undoubtedly happen every few days or weeks that requires attention, and major problem can arise that could have been averted had their been steady management of your computers and network the whole time. Plus–who wants a crazy unpredictable bill based on billable hours from an IT service company at an inopportune moment?

We have several monthly Managed Services programs that take care of all the basic needs of your computers: anta-malware, backup & recovery, updates, web protection, plus unlimited support & troubleshooting when Windows or the MacOS goes wild. We do this with a low fixed fee by computer or by user so that you KNOW what your basic IT expenses will be every month. We take the risk, not you!

We have programs for your workstations, as well as your servers. And we have economical programs for home offices too. Below are examples of what we cover in some of our business office Managed Services plans:

Terms and conditions apply to each feature of each plan. Unlimited tech support is only available for systems fitting certain criteria. Features may be added, changed,

These are an example of some of our Workstation/User support plans. We have plans ranging as low as $45 per month per workstation/user. Network and peripheral
